The CQC statement
“We promote people's independence, so they know their rights and have choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing.”
This is one of the Caring Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
