The CQC statement
“We treat people as individuals and make sure their care, support and treatment meets their needs and preferences. We take account of their strengths, abilities and aspirations.”
This is one of the Caring Quality Statements in the CQC Single Assessment Framework. To meet it, providers need to demonstrate relevant evidence during assessment.
